Safety is a major concern now-a-days. Especially when it comes to our parents, security becomes a priority. BuildTrack has come up with Senior Living Automation for the same. It is designed to address all their needs. Their movement around the house is limited, so they need something that can be easily accessible and operable.

Features of Senior Living Automation:

Emergency Call Buttons: BuildTrack provides a panic button that can be used in case of an emergency. Panic button will trigger an alarm once pressed and the resident would be provided with immediate help.

Remote ControlSwitch: The residents can control the functioning of lights, fans, air-conditioners or curtains with a hand held remote. The remote enables them to operate the devices from anywhere in the room, without accessing the switch.

Safety Sensors: We provide smoke detectors which detect and notify in case of danger like smoke or fire detected anywhere in the facility.

Energy Savings: Motion sensors can be used in the bathrooms to turn off the lights automatically when not in use thereby increasing the energy efficiency.  This would be really helpful for elderly people who might at times forget to turn off lights or find it difficult to reach the switches.

Central Monitoring: A centralized call monitoring system can be placed at a central service station to address emergencies. All sensors placed at various locations in the facility can also be monitored using the centralized system.

Facility ManagementSystem: The facility management system provides central control over electrical devices such as generators, pumps, etc. Along with this, it also serves as a Help Desk and Maintenance Management System to address tasks and evaluate performance for ensuring proper functionality of the facility.

For working professionals, the working of the devices in the house can be monitored with a Smart App remotely and necessary action in case of an emergency can be taken.
